Fault output terminal A, B, and C

When Pr.9 (Electronic thermal O/L relay) is set to 0.4 A, the fault output terminals A, B, and C do not operate even though the current value exceeds 0.4 A.

I want to stop the inverter when the specified current value is reached.

Answer

Set the rated motor current to Pr.9.
It is the heat protection setting for the motor, and thus the inverter does not shutoff immediately at the specified current value.
For example, by using Pr.22 (Stall prevention operation level) in which the overload level can be set, an overload (OL) is detected when the setting value is reached, and stall prevention operation is started.
When Pr.156 (Stall prevention operation selection) is set to "17", an error occurs when an overload is detected and the output of the inverter is stopped to stop operation.
