Analog voltage

The analog voltage 0 to 10 V DC is applied to the terminals 2 and 5 of the inverter from the programmable controller Q64DAN.

Pr.73 (Analog input selection) of the inverter is set to "1" (same as FR-E500), and 60 Hz is set to Pr.125 (Terminal 2 frequency setting gain frequency).

The frequency should be 60 Hz at 10 VDC, but the frequency is approximately 45 Hz when the voltage is 3.8 VDC.
Is the inverter broken?

Answer

Check the setting value of Pr.73. Or check Pr.C4 (Terminal 2 frequency setting gain) for the percentage of the voltage that is actually applied.
For the FR-E500, Pr.73 = "1" is the setting for 0 to 10 VDC. For the FR-E700, Pr.73 = "0"is the setting for 0 to 10 VDC.
