Frequency display

When the inverter FR-A520-5.5K is operated with the frequency set to 60.00 Hz, 60.13 Hz is displayed on the operation panel.
How can I display 60.00?
Category :

Answer

When Advanced magnetic flux vector control (Pr.80, 81) is used, the machine speed constant is controlled.
The inverter calculates the motor slip and compensate it from the command frequency, resulting in the difference between the command frequency and output frequency.
Since the output frequency monitor cannot be displayed as 60.00 Hz, consider the use of another monitor.
1. Use setting f monitor.
When Pr.52 is set to "5", setting f is selected for the operation panel display. There is no frequency change during acceleration/deceleration as for the output frequency monitor.
2. Use the operation speed display.
Set Pr.52 to "6" and Pr.37 to "6". These settings enable the operation speed display. However, the decimal point display such as 60.00 is unavailable.
