I am considering to connect two voltmeters (YM-8DV) to the terminal AM of the FR-A540-0.4K.

You can connect them in parallel.
Connect the voltmeters in parallel, paying attention to the following:
- The output current should not exceed the permissible value of 1 mA when the output voltage of the terminal AM (maximum output) is 10 V.
