Countermeasure against harmonics
I am planning to insert DCL to suppress harmonics for the inverter capacity of 0.4K to 55K. Should I also insert ACL?

Answer
Perform calculation given in the harmonic suppression guidelines, and if the limit value is exceeded, you may also need to insert the ACL.
Note that you cannot obtain a double harmonics suppression effect by inserting both DCL and ACL.
