Multi-speed operation

Using the FREQROL-A500, in addition to the operation commands (forward or reverse) with two-speed (low-speed and high-speed) operation pattern, I also want to issue the low-speed command.
The manual explains that the inverter support high, middle, and low speeds. For two-speed operation, are individual contacts for high speed and low speed necessary?
I want the inverter to operate at 10 Hz when the low-speed contact is ON and at the base frequency for other conditions.

Answer

Use the first contact (relay) for the forward (or reverse) rotation between the terminals STF and SD.
Use the second contact (relay) for the high-speed command between the terminals RH and SD.
In this case, set the lower limit frequency to 10 Hz (Pr.2 = 10).

With the above setting, when the operation command is input from the first contact, the inverter operates at 10 Hz.
And then, when the second contact turns ON, the inverter operates at the high-speed command frequency (setting value of Pr.4).

Note that just inputting the STF signal causes the motor to rotate.
