Not operating on Windows95
I purchased the FR-SW0-SETUP-WJ and set it up, but it does not launch.
I tried in Windows 95 on DOS/V (Gateway) and PC-9821 (Xa), and the software aborted on DOS/V during the start-up process with the error message "Runtime Error '31037': Error while file is loaded" and it hangs up due to an invalid process upon completion of installation.

This error depends on the application and the cause is unknown.
(The runtime error '31037' is not returned from this application but from the OS (Windows).)
The hang-up on the PC98 is also considered attributable to the application.
The following countermeasurens are available:
1. If other applications (for example, anti-virus software) are running or reside in memory, the setup software may fail or cannot launch.
Close as many applications as possible when installing the software.
2. It has been reported that if the application software GPPW is already installed on the programmable controller, it can affect operation of this software. (This matter also depends individual personal computers.)Uninstall GPPW and then install the setup software again.
After the setup software completes successfully, install GPPW again and both programs should operate normally.
