General-purpose magnetic flux control

Is General-purpose magnetic flux vector control the same method as that of the FR-A200E?
Category :

Answer

Almost same control method.
This control also performs vector calculation and divides the inverter's output current into an excitation current and into a torque current. The frequency and the voltage are then compensated to flow the motor current that meets the load torque.
The General-purpose magnetic flux vector control ensures that stable large torque can be obtained without special motor constant setting or tuning even when the motor constant slightly fluctuates.
To make it easier to use this control, the number of poles does not need to be set.
On the contrary, magnetic flux vector control uses the auto tuning function to suppress fluctuation of the motor constant to improve low-speed torque and speed accuracy. It requires setting of the motor capacity and the number of poles.
