By adopting Mitsubishi proprietary digital vector control, high torque (150% 60 sec) and fast-response (speed loop 200 rad/sec) are achieved.
The speed control range is extended to 1:1500 (or 1:4000 when using the plug-in option FR-VPC), torque control is provided as a standard in addition to the speed control mode. Positioning control (incremental method) using the plug-in option unit is possible.
By unifying the specifications and operation with the FREQROL series, you can handle the V200 series easily.
Versatility is also improved by allowing for reusing the inverter peripheral device for the FREQROL series, such as brake unit, noise filter, operation box.
Further, by providing the auto tuning function as a standard, the inverter itself can measure and memorize the necessary motor constant, you can use the following motors in addition to our conventional vector control dedicated motor SF-VR:
- SF-JR motor with encoder (4P, 6P)- SF-JRCA constant-torque motor with encoder (4P)- Other manufacturer's motor with encoder (4P, 6P)
