Frequency setting
I set Pr.79 (Operation mode) to "3" and use the setting dial to set the frequency to 15 Hz, but the monitor frequency fluctuates and does not stay stable
I have set Pr.80 (Motor capacity) and Pr.81 (Number of motor poles), and chosen Advanced magnetic flux vector control.

Answer
Since Advanced magnetic flux vector control is chosen, the inverter calculates how much the motor rotation slips from the flowing current and adds the slip amount to the running frequency setting to control the motor rotation to the specified frequency. This causes the monitor frequency to fluctuate.
