Parameter setting
After clearing all parameters, I used the setting dial in the PU operation mode and pressed the SET key at 60 Hz. "60.00" and "F" alternately flickered alternately and I set the frequency to 60 Hz.
Then, I set Pr.2 (Minimum frequency) to "10 Hz", but the inverter did not operate.
The RUN LED blinks rapidly. What happened?

Check if Pr.13 (Starting frequency) is set to higher than 10 Hz.
Also check if a signal is input through the terminal MRS.
