Set Pr.13 (Starting frequency) or Pr.2 (Lower limit) to "5 Hz".
Also set Pr.10 (DC injection brake operation frequency) to "5 Hz".
The inverter does not operate if the starting frequency is 60 Hz and the setting frequency is 30 Hz.
