When motor current is large

While operating a motor at 60 Hz using the inverter, a fault occurred due to overload of the electronic thermal O/L relay.
I checked the monitor but found no problem with the load ("3.0 A at 60 Hz" and "1.5 A at 55 Hz").
What is the possible cause on the inverter and its countermeasure?
Inverter: FR-S520-0.4K, Motor: Gear motor (4P 0.4 KW)
The electronic thermal O/L relay is set to 2.2 A and other parameters other than the time constant are no changed from the initial settings.

Answer

If the parameters related to the output voltage are not changed from the initial setting, it is unlikely that the output current at 55 Hz and 60 Hz is doubled due to a cause with the inverter.
Check if the following parameters are not changed:
Pr.3 (Base frequency voltage), Pr.19 (Base frequency voltage)
Product Name
Inverter, magnet motor drive

Inverter
Series
FR-S500
