Connection of options

1. High efficiency converter: When using the FR-HC, can I install the power factor improving AC on the input side of the high efficiency converter?
2. High efficiency converter: When using the FR-HC, can I install the noise filter SF1260 on the input side of the high efficiency converter?
3. When connecting devices in the sequence of MC -> noise filter SF1260 -> AC reactor -> power regeneration converter FR-RC + FR-V220E inverter, to which power supply should I connect the converter phase detection power supply?
4. When connecting devices in the sequence of MC -> noise filter SF1260 -> AC reactor -> regeneration converter FR-RC + FR-V220E inverter -> motor, how should I connect the grounding cable?
Assume that this system switches the regeneration converter and high-efficiency converter to operate the FR-V220E.

Answer

1. As the reactor (FR-HCL) is connected when connecting the FR-HC, do not connect the FR-BAL.

2. The noise filter can be connected to the input side of the FR-HC.
Connect it between the reactor 2 (FR-HCL02) and FR-HC.

3. Connect the devices in the sequence of MC -> AC reactor -> noise filter.
Connect the phase detection power supply of the FR-RC to the input side of the AC reactor (between MC and reactor).
At this time, remove jumpers from R/RX, S/SX, and T/TX.

4. Ground each of the inverter, regeneration converter, and noise filter.
Since the noise filter is grounded to the enclosure, mask or plate the surface where the noise filter is installed so that the enclosure surface and filter are firmly in contact.
