Measuring system for metal machining process (Grinding / Turning / Machining)

Machine control gauge using in Grinding machine to control grindstone depth of cut speed and Real time workpiece’s size control. Grinding wheel balancer is useful to reduce more than half of normal Grinding wheel exchange time. Grinding monitoring system is useful in the following applications by measuring the acoustic emission signals which is generated by the contact between the grinding wheel (the cutting tool) and workpiece or the dresser, 4 main propose are Gap control, Dressing control, Crash detection and Failure analysis.
