OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a system designed to help track, inspect, and analyze issues that occur. It has reports and data storage for backward viewing, which is crucial in improving production efficiency. It can also identify the causes of losses in the process, by separating the types of losses and details of the causes. This allows for accurate and systematic improvements, and as such, we have installed equipment to collect machine data to send to a database for OEE calculations in the SCADA system, which is a real-time data inspection and analysis system.
