Electronic bypass function
When the electronic bypass function is used, can the MRS signal (operation enable/disable selection) be normally closed contact by changing Pr.17 (MRS input selection) to "2"?

No, it cannot be normally closed contact. When the electronic bypass function is used, the setting of Pr.17 is disabled.
