Input phase loss
The current values of the input side and output side are measured with the clamp meter.
The output current is 1.4 A, but the current of the input side are 0.1 A for S phase, and 1.4 A for R and T phases.
Why is only the current value of the S phase small?

Check if the input side voltage is equally applied to all three phases.
The S phase voltage may be low because the input current flows when the voltage of the input side is higher than the voltage inside the inverter.
Even one phase is lost, the output current flows since the current is supplied from other two phases.
