Stall mode

I use the FREQROL-A520-15K inverter to implement variable speed operation.
During operation, current exceeding the stall level can flow and be stopped using the electronic thermal O/L relay.
Stall level: 100.5%
Current value when stall level is exceeded: 64 to 65 A
The purpose of this system is to control compressor pressure.
While the pressure is high (inverter output: 18 Hz), fully opening the valve changes the speed command to 70.5 Hz. When the command changes and the inverter accelerates, the stall prevention function works and the output frequency is limited to 62 Hz.
At this time, electronic thermal O/L relay is triggered.
The electronic thermal O/L relay is triggered.

Answer

Since the stall prevention function works during acceleration and the inverter does not reach the commanded speed, set Pr.156 (Stall prevention operation selection) to "2" to restrict stall operation during acceleration to the fast-response current limit. (Or, set Pr.156 to "3".)Have the inverter reach the specified frequency as mentioned above, and then decelerate to the constant speed.
Check if the current decreases in this situation.
Or, lower the stall prevention operation level to the level so that current exceeding the rated current does not flow.
