Term definition and advanced magnetic flux control

1. What is maximum short-time torque?
2. As the manual explains, continuous 100% torque operation at 6 to 60 Hz is possible under magnetic flux vector control, is there any problem with motor cooling?
3. What is rotational fluctuation per rotation?
Category :

Answer

1. Maximum torque available for output from the motor when combined with an inverter for a short period of time (1 minute or less).
It depends on the control method (V/F control or magnetic flux vector control).

2. There is no problem with a general-purpose motor for 0.4 kW to 1.5 kW. If you need large torque continuously at low speed with higher motor capacity, use a constant-torque motor.

3. Since uneven rotation depends on such conditions as power supply voltage, motor load factor, and motor specifications, rotational fluctuation cannot be unconditionally determined. Uneven rotation of the A500 type is approximately half of the A200E type.
