Inverter output stop

1. Inverter output stopped during motor operation for an unknown reason.
No fault was output and no data is left in the history.
I just issued the forward rotation command from the programmable controller. What is the possible cause?
2. When an instantaneous power failure of 100 msec or longer occurs, the faults history is not recorded. How does the terminal IPF behave in this case?

Input command to the terminal remained ON. Since the output stopped, the operator stopped the machine by emergency stop.

Answer

1. Such a behavior does not usually happen.
 (1) The operation command (STF) is not input, contact faults are present, or wire is broken.
 (2) The output shutoff (MRS) signal was input.
 (3) The power supply went faulty.
 The above causes are possible.
2. The reset process is performed and the terminal IPF remains at H level. Fault output is not performed due to the reset operation.
