External 0 to 10 VDC input

I input the start signal from an external source and set Pr.179 = 4 with AU assigned to the terminal STR.
The frequency signal is a voltage signal. 0 to 10 VDC input (Terminals 4 and 5) is supplied from an external source that is different from the frequency setting potentiometer (Terminals 10, 2, and 5). Operation from the frequency setting potentiometer is allowed, but inhibited when the external 0 to 10 VDC input is supplied externally by short-circuiting the terminals STR (AU) and SD.
Let me know how I can check the operation.

Answer

Checking terminals used:
Are the terminals MRS and RES open?
Are the terminals STR and SD short-circuited correctly?
Is the voltage/current switch of the terminal 4 set to the voltage side?
Checking voltage input: Check Parameter C7.
Is a value close to 100% displayed at 10 V input?
Check the above.
