Speed precision of Advanced magnetic flux vector control
I am considering to design a device to control conveyor speed using the FR-A540-3.7K.
I used to use the FR-K440-3.7K (with PG feedback) for control. Now, I want to eliminate this PG feedback this time.
What is the speed precision of the FR-K440 with PG and that of the FR-A540 without PG.
Speed precision: Deviation (%) of the actual motor rotation from the setting speed

Answer
The speed precision for each model is as follows:
FR-K440 with PG: 1% or less of the maximum speed (3500 rpm)
FR-A540 without PG (Advanced flux vector): 1% or less of rated rotations per minute (1800 rpm)
FR-K440 with PG: 1% or less of the maximum speed (3500 rpm)
FR-A540 without PG (Advanced flux vector): 1% or less of rated rotations per minute (1800 rpm)
