Counting operation of QD62
What happens if the count value exceeds the upper limit of the 32-bit counting range of QD62/QD62E/QD62D?

Answer
The corresponding operation depends on the counter type selected.
(1) If "Linear Counter" is selected
If the present counter value exceeds the upper limit, an overflow error occurs.
Counting is stopped when the error occurs.
(2) If "Ring Counter" is selected
Counting is repetitively performed between an upper limit and a lower limit set beforehand.
No overflow error occurs.
