I cannot select [Transfer Setup] in GX Developer because it is displayed in gray.
When I attempted to change the connection destination by selecting [Transfer Setup] of [Online] from the tool bar to start the communication between a programmable controller and GX Developer, [Transfer Setup] has been displayed in gray and I was not able to select it.

Answer
You cannot select the item while the programmable controller is being monitored.
Execute [Close all windows] of [Window] from the tool bar, and check if Transfer Setup can be selected.
