How many channels can the built-in Heating/Cooling PID control function of the CPU Module support?
Answer
The CPU Module's built-in Heating/Cooling PID control function supports up to 16 channels.
The following firmware versions are required in order to use it.
FX5U/FX5UC: 1.320 or later
FX5UJ: 1.080 or later
FX5S: 1.040 or later
GX Works3 1.110Q and later
