Cause:

• CPU has not started up properly.
• There is no power supply.
• An instantaneous power cut exceeding the specification level may have occurred.

Measures:

• Check that the primary side's power supply voltage is being supplied properly.
• If that C1850 error has occurred in the error history, it is possibly due to an instantaneous power cut.
• Check the power supply line fuse on the converter circuit board.
