Regarding failure of maximum resolution setting of MELIPC

I have connected a display that supports MELIPC's maximum resolution, but I cannot select the maximum resolution
in the "Display resolution" setting of Windows. What could be the cause?

If you connect a display using a converter such as a display switch or DisplayPort-HDMI converter adapter,
you may not be able to select a high resolution. Refer the following points.
・ Connect the display directly to the MELIPC
・ Replace the converter
