For the FR-F700P, the control method is IPM motor drive and for the FR-F800, it is PM motor drive. Are there any differences?

Answer

For the FR-F700P, only dedicated IPM motor (MM-EFS, MM-THE4) can be driven. For the FR-F800, the name is different because PM motors manufactured by other companies can be driven by performing offline auto tuning.
