What to do in the case of the error "A default router IP address needs to be set."

In making the built-in Ethernet port setting for a universal model QCPU module, an error message appears, stating "A default router IP address needs to be set.". Are there any remedies?

When having access bypassing a router, enter only the IP address.The subnet mask pattern is not required to be entered because GX Works2 or GX Developer automatically sets a default subnet mask.

Set the IP address, subnet mask pattern, and default router IP address only when having access via a router.
