The GOT screen is black. The screen does not respond to touch. Consider the following causes.
If the GOT screen is black and does not respond to touch, check the POWER LED on the main unit.
• Solid orange
Cause: Screen saver is active
Solution: Check the status of System signal 1-1.b1 (Forced Screen Saver Enable signal).
• Solid blue
Cause 1: Communication error
Solution 1: Check that the controller settings are correct using the utility or screen design software.
Cause 2: Insufficient security level
Solution 2: Log in again as a user with a higher security level.
Cause 3: Display damage or system application error
Solution 3: Rewrite the package data.
• Off
Cause: Power is not supplied to the GOT.
Solution: Check the power supply wiring and power supply voltage to the GOT.
If the solutions above do not resolve the problem, refer to the hardware manual.
