Answer

Set Pr.338 (Operation command source) to "1" (external terminal).
Set Pr.339 (Speed command source) to "0" (communication).
Check the setting of Pr.79 for operation mode and Pr.340 (Communication startup mode selection).
To set the running frequency, set the frequency at the address "RWwn + 1" in 0.01 units and then turn ON the frequency setting command (RYD).
