Parameter setting for FR-E500
I use the inverter with a vacuum pump, but it trips when the motor starts. (The trip does not occur by setting Pr.22 to 75%.)
How can I shorten the acceleration time by setting parameters?
Usage
High torque is required when the motor rotations per minute is low (to draw vacuum from the atmospheric pressure), and as the degree of vacuum becomes higher (the load becomes lighter), the motor rotations per minute is increased.

Answer
General-purpose magnetic flux vector control is effective at low speed under a heavy load.
To shorten the acceleration time, use Pr.44 to set the second acceleration time to a small value at the high-speed range where the load is light, or consider using Pr.60 to operate in the minimum acceleration/deceleration mode.
You can also set Pr.29 to use S-pattern acceleration/deceleration A.
