What is the maximum number of channels available for the FX5 CPU unit's built-in high-speed counter?

Answer

The high-speed counter supports 1-phase 1-input, 1-phase 2-input, 2-phase 2-input.
The built-in counter in the CPU module can input up to 8ch.
However, the maximum response frequency varies depending on the type and number of CPU units. For details, see the manual below.
