Answer

The pulse train form outputted with the controller and the setting of servo amplifier (command pulse input form) may differ.
Check the parameter settings. (MR-J4-A: [Pr.PA13])

For the other causes, refer to “No Motor Rotation”, etc. of MR Configurator2 (servo setup software) to investigate. (* Some models are not supported.)
