You can find it in the Advanced Settings section of GX Works3.
Use the following procedure to display the Device (High Speed) settings.

From the GX Works3 navigation pane, click Parameters > Module Name > CPU Parameters > Memory/Device Settings > Device/Label Memory Area Settings > Device/Label Memory Area Detailed Settings > Device (High Speed) Settings > Detailed Settings.
