Answer

Pr.244 (Cooling fan operation selection) controls turning ON/OFF of the cooling fan and is initially set to "1". When the inverter is powered ON, the cooling fan operates if the internal temperature of the inverter is high. It does not operate if the temperature is low.
While inverter running, the cooling fan operates regardless of the internal temperature.
