How to use SHT

Answer

A shunt trip (SHT) is an internal accessory which electrically and remotely trips a circuit breaker.
When the supply voltage of the SHT is remained between 70 % and 110 % of the rated control supply voltage, the SHT causes a circuit breaker to trip.
For a circuit-breaker with the SHT, 10 % of the total number of operating cycles is closing/tripping operations, with the SHT energized at maximum rated control supply voltage.
