We don't provide the earth leakage circuit beaker for PV power. Please use a general leakage circuit breaker. However, you need to select a reverse-connectable model in the case that it is installed at the point which the electrical direction is reverse (purchasing electricity/ selling electricity) depending on solar radiation.
