When does the fault detection contact of the cooling fan in a solidstate contactor operate and why does the fault happen?
Answer
The fault detection contact of the cooling fan detects the temperature ofthe fin in the solid state contactor and operates when exceeding thespecified value. In the operating temperature, the element of the solidstate contactor does not break down. The fault may happen becausecooling fin temperature rises due to such as cooling fan failure (stopping)and over ambient temperature (inside panel temperature) more than40℃.
