When the screen is black and unresponsive while the rugged model is being used
While the rugged model is being used, the power LED is on, but the screen is black and does not make any sound when touched. What should I do?
Answer
If the screen goes black while the rugged model is being used, check the power LED status.
・ The LED is on in blue.
The display may be damaged or the system application may be in error. Rewrite the project data.
・ The LED is on in orange.
The GOT is in screen saver mode.
When a read device of the system information is set, the device turns on, and the status turns to be forced screen saver mode.
Check the read device settings of the system information.

・ The LED is on in blue.
