・Error History
　If the FX5 CPU Module is turned off, the error history is cleared.
・Setting details of the CPU Module Logging Configuration Tool
　DNS server settings are not supported.
・Directory
　If the specified directory does not exist on the FTP server, no error occurs and the directory is created and the file is transferred.
