You cannot use the ladder monitor with the Web server function. 

With the Web server function, it is possible to monitor the device value, test the device (writing an arbitrary value to the device), diagnose the CPU, check the access log (Access logs, operation details, and access source IP address), and check the event history (event occurrence date and time).
