Earth leakage detection of the inverter
It is instructed to provide an earth leakage circuit breaker with the motor circuit including the inverter. Is it effective to provide the earth leakage circuit breaker on the inverter's input side?
How should I determine the sensitivity current when selecting the earth leakage circuit breaker?
How should I determine the sensitivity current when selecting the earth leakage circuit breaker?

Answer
To protect personnel from electric shock, it is necessary to provide the circuit with the earth leakage circuit breaker.
The inverter and motor circuits also require the earth leakage circuit breaker to prevent electric shock.
For how to select the sensitivity current, refer to the catalog.
For the inverter, since the high frequency leakage current (that has little influence on the human body) may cause an erroneous operation, use of an earth leakage circuit breaker for the inverter (capable of high frequency) is recommended.
