FAQ
Difference between measurement value of active power and calculated power value obtained from current, voltage and power factor (ME96SS series).
The displayed active power is different from the active power that is calculated by multiplying the displayed current, voltage, and power factor. (The power value is small.)
Answer
When the AC waveform distorted due to harmonics, the value changes.
(For AC without harmonics, the calculated value will match with the displayed value.)
At the time of checking harmonics, please set “on” for the harmonics display on the “Set-up menu 3”.
