Wrong connection of servo amplifier power supply
I connected the main circuit power supply (L1, L2, L3) to the servo motor power input (U, V, W) oppositely and turned the power on. Can I continue to use the system if I fix the wiring?

The system is probably malfunctioning and is in dangerous condition. Do not use it.
