The following shows how to check that the USB driver for GT Designer3 is installed on the personal computer.

1. Connect the personal computer and GOT using a USB cable then turn on the GOT. 
  Or, connect the personal computer and the GOT using a USB cable while the GOT is on. 
2. Press [Win] + [R] to display the [Run] dialog then enter "devmgmt.msc" to  display the device manager. 
3. Under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" in the list, check that "MITSUBISHI GOT2000 USB Controller" or "MITSUBISHI GOT3000 USB Controller" is displayed.

  If "MITSUBISHI GOT2000 USB Controller" or "MITSUBISHI GOT3000 USB Controller" is not displayed or "!" is displayed next to the device, restart the personal computer or reinstall the screen design software.
