Replacement of parts

On Page 81 of the FR-A120-15K manual "IB (name) -67127-C (9312) ROD", Section "7-5 Parts Replacement" explains that the cooling fan or smoothing capacitor is subject to aging degradation and requires replacement. Can I check for this degradation by myself?

In general,
1. The user cannot check the part for decision.
2. The user cannot replace the part as well.

However, the user can replace the cooling fan if he or she is qualified by us to have the skill for replacing parts. The user still cannot replace the smoothing capacitor.
(For replacement of the smoothing capacitor, consult the nearest Mitsubishi FA Center.)
