How can I have the motor coast to stop?
I want to configure the inverter so that the motor forcibly coasts to stop when the operation signal is turned OFF.
I want to disable deceleration control only. Let me know how to do the above.

Answer
You can use the following two methods:
1. Turn ON MRS at the same time when STF turns OFF.
2. Set Pr.10 = 60 Hz, Pr.11 = 0 sec, and Pr.12 = 0% (when the inverter operates at 60 Hz or lower and you want it to start coasting at the same time when STF turns OFF).
You need cabling (and relay) for method 1.
Cabling is not necessary for method 2.
