Compatibility between the Japanese and English versions of GX Developer
Are there any precautions as to displaying/editing programs created using the Japanese version of GX Developer in the English version? Comments are in Japanese. Is it possible to display and edit comments using a language other than Japanese?

Answer
All the components other than comments in Japanese are supported. Ladder programs and parameters can be used as they are, whether or not they are created using the English version. Create names such as a project name with alphanumeric characters. Character corruption occurs when Japanese characters (double-byte characters) are used.
